If you've been searching for a good post-Valentine's Day activity—or if you're just looking to eat your feelings—the crack pie dealers over at Momofuku Milk Bar will be holding baking classes at their Williamsburg location starting February 14th.
Chef Christina Tosi and her Momofuku crew will be running through the company's cookbook one chapter at a time, and while both the inaugural crack pie class and the March 5th class are sold out, you can still learn to whip up tasty Milk Bar treats like cornflake-chocolate-chip-marshmallow cookies, crumb cake and cereal crunch. The two-hour classes are $50 a pop, and you can register individually or with groups of 12 people and under; they'll provide the tools and ingredients, but it's recommended you BYO-cookbook.
