Clearly the best way to forget that Noah's flood is cruelly battering down upon us (in more ways than one) is to consume massive amounts of food—and there are plenty of options for you to do that this week.

On Monday, the folks over at New Orleans-inspired Flatiron eatery Bo's Kitchen & Bar Room are hosting their first weekly Clambake and Burger Monday event. For $19.50, guests can chow down on a NOLA-style seafood extravaganza made with shrimp and andouille sausage, in addition to a new burger made with aged Adirondack cheddar, baby arugula, heirloom tomato, red onion, and spicy aioli. They will also be unveiling three new roasted oyster varieties as part of the deal. You can contact the restaurant directly to make a reservation.

Tuesday brings two events. First, Williamsburg restaurant Fabbrica is launching a twice-monthly 14-seat "Chef's Table" dinner, featuring a five-course menu curated by executive chef Jennifer Cole-Ruiz. Dishes include Baccala mantecato made with purple potato salad, ricotta gnudi made with braised escarole and radicchio, and diver scallops served with seared vegetables. The dinner costs $55, and a wine pairing is $45 extra; the dinner starts at 7:30 p.m., and you can reserve a seat online or by calling the restaurant.

Also on Tuesday, boozehounds should flock to the 92nd Street Y for their talk on the history of bourbon. Dane Huckelbridge, author of Bourbon: A History of the American Spirit, will dive into the story of the beverage's Appalachian roots; post-talk, indulge in a tasting of bourbon samples. The talk kicks off at 7 p.m. and costs $32 to attend. You can purchase your tickets online.

And on Wednesday, budding food writers and Internet connoisseurs can head to the Brooklyn Brewery in Williamsburg for their blogger-centric event, "What the URL? An Informational Panel for the Aspiring Food Blogger." Hosted by Edible Brooklyn, the panel features bloggers like Not Eating Out in NY's Cathy Erway, Zagat and Village Voice freelancer Billy Lyons and Chekmark Eats's Alex Reichek—they'll offer tips and pearls of wisdom that'll help you get your own food blog off the ground and up to the top of The Webverse. Networking, possibly with booze and snacks, to follow; the $5 event runs from 8 to 10 p.m., and you can buy your tickets online.
