It's that time again. Time to take out the tequila, teach yourself how to make guacamole (again), and stock up on limes for your Coronas. That's right, it's the anniversary of the triumphant Battle of Puebla in 1892! More commonly known as Cinco de Mayo in America, the unlikely victory over French forces is cause for celebration for Americans and Mexicans alike, if just for the excuse to don some crazy sombreros. Or if you're not into that, you could just say you're celebrating the half-anniversary of Guy Fawkes day. Click on the photos above for some restaurant and bar specials around the city in honor of the great victory.
