While those cool new dual-chambered cups with the "valve thingy" won't be given away, a source tells us that two free Slurpees with two straws would create the same taste bud-shattering effect.
A 7-11 VP says in a press release that "July is the biggest month of the year" for Slurpee sales, and that the previous record for most free Slurpees handed out is 5 million, which is how many they're giving out on Monday, "while supplies last."
