But for top floor dwellers who don't have a picturesque brownstone stoop to accommodate such a feat of covid-era engineering, getting candy to kids this Halloween is a bit trickier. And the kids need that candy, especially after this year.
This Brooklyn resident, who we will call Willy Wonka, figured out a masterful candy delivery system, however — one that is both whimsical and safe during a pandemic. A tiny candy parachute dropped from the top floor to the sidewalk below.
