Since you can never have too many organic burger spots in one Brooklyn neighborhood, Cobble Hill is about to get its own Bareburger outpost. The burger chainlet has a whole bunch of locations scattered throughout Manhattan and Queens, and one in Park Slope. Now, they've filed for a liquor license and will be moving into 145 Court Street sometime soon, according to Grub Street.

Bareburger, which offers make-your-own burger options featuring organic, grass-fed and free-range meat, is replacing Yemen Cuisine, an old-school Middle Eastern spot that was once one of many lining nearby Atlantic Avenue. But now Bareburger can drum up some competition with Mooburger, another organic burger spot a couple blocks away on Court Street, and fellow grass-fed spot Burger on Smith and fill the void ripped through Cobble Hill residents' hearts when superchain Five Guys closed last year, so maybe vegeterianism really is as dead as that delicious cow we're dining on.
