With warm weather just around the corner, USA Today has taken a look at some of the strange new drinks coming to chains near you (Mountain Dew Coolattas! Jamocha Oreo Shakes!) and one new drink in particular deserves calling out for its sheer genius (really a new cup). In June 7-Eleven will be putting out a line of dual-chambered Slurpees for those times when one flavor just isn't enough. And it gets better.

Along with the dual chambers, the new Slurpees will come with a special straw that dips into both chambers and includes a "valve thingy" (in USA Today's words) that lets you switch between flavors with the flick of a switch. Also, this is going to be perfect for couples looking to share their Slurpees without having to settle on one flavor.

As long time fans of Nerds—whose two flaps let you choose between having your candy flavors one at a time or together—we're all for this development and expect to see if picked up by our nation's beverage companies ASAP. After all, Americans should not have to buy separate bottles of Cherry Coke and Mountain Dew! Or maybe the Four Loko folk could drop a can with the booze on one side and the caffeinated craziness on the other?
