We didn't get to see too much of the current cast at the big Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary special last weekend—the most notable appearances were Kate McKinnon's Bieber impression, Taran Killam's Christoph Waltz impression, Vanessa Bayer lending her pleading eyes to The Californians and Cecily Strong buh-byeing people—but that doesn't mean they were sitting at home snorting Cheetos in a pool of their own tears.
Kyle Mooney revealed today that he "was asked to make a video for the snl 40 red carpet pre-show" which never got aired, because it was imperative that we spent more time staring at Dan Akroyd's alien vodka-endorsing hat.
