To celebrate the third anniversary of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Fallon dedicated the last week of the show to frequent guest Bruce BROOOOOCE Springsteen. There were tributes to Springsteen, whose 2012 Wrecking Ball Tour gets kicked off with an appearance at the Apollo Theater next Friday, from Elvis Costello, John Legend and Kenny Chesney; Springsteen and the E-Street Band performed songs from his new album Monday and Tuesday; and last night, he was the only guest, performing more songs, talking about his various looks over the years, dancing like a hobbit, and singing LMFAO's "Sexy And I Know It" with Fallon as Neil Young. Below, watch highlights from the week.

The week started with Springsteen and the E-Street Band performing two songs from Wrecking Ball: rousing first single "We Take Care Of Our Own," and the even better title track.

On Friday, Springsteen was the only guest: he performed renditions of new songs including the yearning "Jack Of All Trades" and jubilant "Death To My Hometown." The best performance was a spirited, funky version of "The E-Street Shuffle," backed by the E-Street Band, The Roots and Tom Morello.

Springsteen also took some time to discuss his various looks over the years, blaming certain fashion decisions from the late '70s on an ex-girlfriend. The best bit was when he and Fallon, doing his pitch-perfect Neil Young impression, performed a ragged acoustic take on LMFAO's "Sexy And I Know It." Watch out for Springsteen's wiggle wiggle wiggle dance.

Kenny Chesney performed a relaxed, countrified version of sexually frustrated classic, "I'm On Fire:"

John Legend and The Roots transformed Springsteen's synthesizer hit single "Dancing In The Dark" into a soulful, piano-led vamp:

Elvis Costello gave two Springsteen songs makeovers: his peppy, English soul version of "Brilliant Disguise" was just okay (after all, it's hard to ruin such a perfect song), but his awesome horn-drenched ska take on "Fire" with The Roots was the best cover of the week:
