Sofia Vergara hosted the first new Saturday Night Live in three weeks, amid rumors that three cast members (Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg and Jason Sudeikis) might depart the show. Well, if it means getting rid of Gilly, we could probably live with it—but Sudeikis's Mitt Romney impression is getting better and Wiig makes a great Ann!
Of course, SNL took the opportunity to send up Vergara's va-va-voom looks and her Colombian accent. She also parlayed her loud, accented persona to play Fran Drescher to Abby Elliott's Zooey Deschanel. The musical guest was tween sensation One Direction, the Simon Cowell-concocted super group from Britain's X-Factor.
