Tom Cruise, the world's greatest Tom Cruise, is back with the latest Tom Cruise movie, Mission: Impossible—What Else Can We Make Tom Cruise Dangle Off Of? It has all the Tom Cruise we've come to expect from the unexpectedly consistently enjoyable action movie series (which seems to only be getting better and better by each movie). Check out the trailer below, which culminates in a thrilling Tom Cruise-dangles-off-of-an-airplane sequence!
Mission: Impossible—Tom Cruise Can Still Make Huge Overseas Box Office is actually titled Mission: Impossible—Rogue Nation, which is very close to the name of the upcoming Star Wars spin-off film, Rogue One. For the record, Paramount registered the title in January, months before Walt Disney chairman-CEO Robert Iger announced the Star Wars name.
Here's the synopsis for the film: "Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate - an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF."
In addition to Tom Cruise, Mission: Impossible—Dear God Tom Cruise Has Literally Not Aged In 30 Years features returning stars Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner, and Ving Rhames; they'll be joined by newcomers Alec Baldwin and Rebecca Ferguson.
In case you haven't revisited it lately, check out one of the best scenes from the last movie in the franchise, Mission: Impossible—Ghost Protocol, below.
