Jimmy Fallon was at the Union Square Barnes & Noble on Thursday at a signing for his new book "Thank You Notes 2" when notorious topless activist Holly Van Voast—aka mustachioed, court-stripping "paparazzo" Harvey Van Voast—flashed him.
