According to the listing—which doesn't even mention the two other structures that appear to be on the island—Blue Hill Bay Lighthouse is located on Green Island and is a historic landmark. The station was established in 1857, when the lighthouse was built, and discontinued in 1933. The home now features four bedrooms, a wood-burning stove, and lots of views.
