The Spider-Man: Turn Off The Darkshitshow marketing nightmare just keeps racking up wins: the much-maligned musical has been hit with two safety violations from the New York State Department of Labor over the accidents that have befallen the cursed production. But you didn't need your spider sense to tingle to have seen that one coming.

The violations, which haven't been made official and public yet, don't include fines. The incidents include when actor Christopher Tierney fell more than 20 feet during the show, breaking four ribs and a shoulder blade, fracturing three vertebrae, and suffering a hairline skull fracture; and when two other performers were hurt while rehearsing the slingshot-technique. Also unfortunate for the $65 million production is a new law firm who specializes in winning settlements for audience members who have been injured by the show:
