For his first ever SNL Monologue, host Dan Levy gave a tour of SNL’s COVID-safe backstage space, before spotting his dad Eugene supporting him from the sidelines in a special quarantine box. Fun fact from HuffPo: "Eugene Levy was to be a co-host with John Candy in a 1985 episode that was pulled because of a writers strike. He and Candy did a quick promo with Billy Crystal at the time plugging the episode that was never made."
