Usually the scales of justice tilt in favor of the wealthy. But when Keith Richards' daughter Theodora got busted last month for the trifecta of marijuana, oxycodone, and scrawling a cutesy love note on St. Anthony's Convent in SoHo, we thought that long arm of the law might deliver a judicial spanking. After all, this is the girl who once said "I'm not a big fan of drugs." But it seems, ahem, that Some Girls have all the luck. Luck, piles and piles of money: same thing.

Richards struck a deal with the court this morning that would dismiss the charges in six months after she completes two days of community service. Her dad at least got a prison sentence—and he wrote "Street Fighting Man!" Theodora's contribution to society is a "guest-editing" spot at a fancy fashion mag and a bunch of empty Evian bottles. Call us when she jumps in a time machine and lays down vocals on "All You Need is Love."

While we're looking forward to the possibility of an orange-clad Theodora picking up FourLoko cans on the Bowery, Richards' lawyer may want to choose his quotes more carefully, telling the Post "she's clean as the snow." Yeah, and the Richards family knows nothing at all about "snow."
