Seems like Shepard Fairey's mural just came down on Houston Street—little did we know he was already been plotting his next project long before the last even got dick-bombed. And this time he's brought a troupe of adorable children to distract from what is surely his master plan of taking over every wall in the city—plus, you probably can't find it in your heart to vandalize a mural a child did, right? Anyway, the street artist worked with CityKids for the series, now up at the World Financial Center (as of today)— it's called A Positive Thought Cannot Be Denied. The 100 kids actually created the pieces under "the guidance" of Fairey, building off his aesthetic and using some of his "iconic images." Check out some video of the artist talking about the project below, and check it out yourself through October 17th (from noon to 4 p.m. daily).
