The cloud cover may have partially obscured the hotly-anticipated Transit of Venus from NYC last night, but thankfully those eggheads at NASA were all over this, and they've shared a number of breathtaking photos of the dramatic celestial event, which won't happen again for another 105 years, by which point naming rights for the planet formerly known as Earth will be sold to Time Warner (welcome to TimeWarnerth, your wait time is approximately 20 parsecs). So hang some tapestries over the windows, click on the black light, and savor these far-out photos of the present.
