It's been 11 years since Sex and the City went dark, but Sarah Jessica Parker is set to return to HBO with a new comedy series.

Deadline reports that Divorce is a single-camera comedy written by British writer-actress Sharon Horgan, and Parker is attached to star. The pilot also featured Thomas Haden Church, Jemaine Clement, Molly Shannon and Talia Balsam, and "had been garnering momentum since it was delivered to HBO," the site noted.

The show will film in New York (starting this year), and Parker will play Frances, "a woman who suddenly begins to reassess her life and her marriage, and finds that making a clean break and a fresh start is harder than she thought."
