More than 500 artists participated in this weekend's 15th annual DUMBO Arts Festival, which comes to a close tonight. There were food trucks, gallery events, pop-up painters, dance, interactive workshops and even live bands—the highlight of the weekend was the ever-shifting video projections covering the DUMBO archway and surrounding buildings by "Immersive Surfaces."
