Islands

Early on in Islands' set, this guy came out and rapped during one of the songs. It was brilliant, and culminated with this pyrotechnic display.

DJ Ted Leo at the Mainstage, where he spent the day spinning a pleasant mix of reggae, funk and soul during the set changes. Seemed to have a big vinyl collection with him to draw from.

Between Islands and Stephen Malkmus, there was a mad rush to all bathrooms. The line for the public bathroom was massive, so we ducked into Cha Cha's on the boardwalk, where the line was also long, but the house band played a blistering version of Honkey Tonk Woman.
