Inside The Subterranean Passageway That Once Linked Grand Central To The Roosevelt Hotel

Is this the entrance to an old passageway that led to Grand Central Terminal? When we asked where the old tunnel was, a hotel employee brought us here.
The stairs now lead to a stock room.
Part of the area is now a stock room for a men's retail store, Sarar.

On to the 2nd entrance, which hotel employee Steve showed us. It's down these stairs, just off the hotel's lobby.
Inside there are valet tickets, luggage carriers, and remnants of the old passageway.
This was the passageway area, used by the public to get to and from Grand Central and the Rooselvelt Hotel.
There are also some decrepit bathrooms.
Meanwhile, on the other side, inside of Grand Central, this is where the public would access the passageway. It is now locked up.
