Sunday's finale of Panorama's three-day party on Randall's Island was defined by glorious summer weather, large but not unbearable crowds, and rousing sets by Glass Animals, Mura Masa, and co-headliners A Tribe Called Quest, and Nine Inch Nails (who are playing a much more intimate show on Monday night at Webster Hall).

During their set, Trent Reznor told the crowd, prior to performing David Bowie's "I Can't Give Everything Away," that the late musician "meant the world to us—musically and as a person."

Tribe's 70-minute performance was not only a total a blast, it was also historic, as Q-Tip announced from the stage that this would be their last concert ever in New York City. If it is indeed the finale of their 30-plus-year career, it was a memorable one, a crowd-pleasing mix of old-school (Bonita Applebum, Buggin' Out) and new (Dis Generation, We the People), with tributes to the late Phife Dawg, whose parents were in the house.

Here's a good portion of their set:

In addition to all of the outstanding live music, one of the best things about this year's Panorama was the new dedicated DJ stage, called The Point. Tucked away from the most heavily-trafficked areas of the grounds, the venue saw a steady stream of high-quality DJs all weekend.
