BBQ Films has gone ahead and party-fied another classic '90s flick with its delightful, flannel-covered touch—this time, that film was Empire Records, which has taken over Rough Trade in Williamsburg since Wednesday. I don't feel that I need to explain my art to you, Warren.
While all BBQ offerings are their own unique bundle of delights, none of them have featured nerdish '90s teen heartthrob Ethan Embry—who is now only 36, who knew?— birthed from within an alien during a performance by GWAR. Did that really happen last night? Yes. We have photos.
