Commenters on the site debated whether it was a 'marijuana overdose' or the sign of a more serious drug problem, and whether or not it would have been more poetic if it had happened on the J train. Regardless, we hope this photo serves as more educational than anything else. Because although this could happen to any of us—let he/she who has not fallen asleep on the subway cast the first stone (whether stoned or not)—it can have very dangerous consequences.
