Outkast Gothamist is excited about the new Outkast album, Speakerboxxx: Love Below. It is a 2-disc album, one disc with songs by Big Boi and the other disc is all songs by Andre3000. We're not saying that we illegally downloaded any songs before its September 23 street date - you can stream the whole album from MTV.
