smboroughs0112.jpegAmtrak, that train you take to escape New York from time to time, should be pretty familiar with the city, but the writers of their magazine may need some pointers. As a tipster just pointed out to us, their current issue refers to SoHo, Harlem, and Williamsburg as boroughs.

On the cover, they say Harlem is one of "New York City's coolest boroughs," and inside of the magazine the other two neighborhoods are also referred to as such. It's unclear if the writer (who appears to write a lot about travel and hails from Hoboken) thinks each neighborhood in NYC is a borough, or if this was made during an editing process. But to be fair, at least they didn't call it SpaHa!
