Lady Gaga will be at Best Buy in Union Square on Monday night, so if you aren't one of her "monsters" then you may want to avoid the area completely until Tuesday. Currently her army of followers are camped outside of Rockefeller Center attempting to get stand-by tickets to SNL, which she'll be performing on tomorrow night. The fans have been camped out since Tuesday (related: it has been raining since Tuesday!), and at one point Gaga sent over pizzas to keep them nourished. One hopeful gal told the Daily News, "We are SNL fans and Lady Gaga is our idol. This is the perfect episode." What, no props for Justin Timberlake?
Fans losing hope may want to head over to Union Square now, because the first 50 people to purchase any mobile phone at the Union Square Best Buy store (starting Sunday at 10 a.m.) will receive a free copy of Born This Way, and a wristband for an opportunity to get an autograph at the event and access to a VIP viewing area. Then on Monday morning starting at 8 a.m., the first 450 people to purchase a special edition 2 CD set of Born This Way and to do a free mobile phone upgrade check at the Best Buy store will receive a wristband for an opportunity to get an autograph at the event. It's time to jump through some hoops, monsters! Get all the fine print here, and below, a video of her appearance at a west coast Best Buy (which for some reason featured Dr. Dre, and more pizza, but for some reason didn't feature a performance):
