Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin? While she isn't quite the carbon copy that Tina Fey is, we'll buy it. HBO is currently casting a movie of Game Change and Moore is the first casting announcement out of the gate.
The TV movie, based on John Heilemann and Mark Halperin book, is shaping up to be a sequel of sorts to the network's 2008 flick Recount, what with director Jay Roach (who got an Emmy out of the last one) in the directors chair and Danny Strong (the Buffy alum who got an Emmy nod for Recount) writing again. And considering what a good performance Roach got out of Laura Dern as Katherine Harris, we imagine Moore as Palin will be a good time for all.
