Courtney Love has been threatening to leave Twitter all weekend—let's hope it's because she's actually, like, happy, thus shedding the need for an online public outlet in which to vent. The Daily News reports that one of her recent Twitter victims, ex-boyfriend Edward Norton (who she called out for owing her money), has gotten back in her good graces (because, whoops, he didn't actually owe her anything) and may be acting as a mediator on some level between Love and Frances Bean.

Love described the fight that took place in their Tribeca apartment last year, which landed Frances Bean in custody of Kurt Cobain's mother and sister. She recalls, "I was talking on the phone. Frances came out of my room. She was hysterical. First she was crying at my legs, saying, 'Why was I born?' Then she bites and scratches and pulls on my hair. She punched me." A witness says Courtney never touched Frances except to grab her arms to get her off, at which point a bruise was left that Frances took a photo of. However, now it's believe that mother and daughter will be reunited again by August.

Another thing that may be keeping Courtney smile these days: hotelier Andre Balazs! The paper says they've been spending a lot of time together (she played at his Standard Hotel on New Year's Eve); most recently the two were at the Mercer and the Minetta Tavern. Dare we say this is a giant leap in the right direction from making out with DJ Qualls at Scores.

By the way, Hole just added a 2nd date at Terminal 5 in April. Get your tickets to the circus here—though all this happiness can't be good for the band's sound.
