November is here, and that means the Thanksgiving-and-Christmas Industrial Complex is about to come barreling over the mountain, leaving a trail of fake snow and turkey carcasses in its wake. There will be all the more reason to make your own going out plans, and luckily the new month is loaded with great things to do, from film festivals to bloody mary parties, wine tastings to offbeat rap shows.
