According to some thing someone created and put on the internet, Starbucks and Chipotle are the top two locations for first dates. It gets worse: Panera Bread and The Cheesecake Factory come in at 3rd and 4th. Olive Garden is #7.
At least Olive Garden has alcohol.
Daily Dot reports that a mobile dating app called Clover ran some numbers to find out where their 200,000 users have been meeting on first dates. Their numbers also found that 51% of men prefer restaurants for a first date, while 52% of women prefer coffee shops. Bars rank lowest for preferred meet-up places. Seriously who is using this app?
It's unclear who their demographic is. Maybe they live near malls. Or rest stops. Or in church basements.
That said, I will go on a date with anyone who suggests Cracker Barrel.
