If we were to judge the success of made-for-TV B-movies by their titles alone (which we do), SyFy has two smash-hits coming in the pipeline. In December, the network formally known as SciFi (and the people behind such classics as Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, Mansquito, Sharktopus, Flu Bird Horror, Sharks in Venice and Ice Spiders) will be releasing a made for TV movie called Snowmageddon. And in early 2012 the NBC-owned network will air another instant classic, Jersey Shore Shark Attack.

Sadly Snowmageddon will have nothing to do with either last February's massive snowstorm or last December's Blizzageddon. But don't write it off so fast! Instead it will tell the tale of "a mystical snow globe that makes very bad things happen in the real world when it is shaken." They had us at "mystical snow globe."

As for Jersey Shore Shark Attack, it won't feature Snooki, the Situation or any of MTV's guido gang. Instead it will be exactly what it sounds like. And if it can come anywhere close to the awesomeness of the CBS TV movie Spring Break Shark Attack (which SyFy still re-airs on occasion—watch it!), we'll bite.
