It's pledge week at WFMU again, and tonight is #TomThon, that special time of the year that you should hand over all your cash to radio host Tom Scharpling.

Last year, Julie Klausner told us why we should be giving money to him, and she raised some valid points—plus, since then he's been Tweeting fan fic encounters with Lou Reed and Chris Christie at Starbucks. Isn't that enough for you people?
