Since Charlie Sheen jumped onto the Twitter bandwagon, he's been filling a crucial Courtney Love-shaped hole in our digital hearts. She's been dealing with a Twitter defamation lawsuit, which she settled last week for $430,000, and has been taking some time off from oversharing semi-nude pictures of herself. But a Love without controversy is truly no Love at all.

In an interview with Radar today, rock journalist Neil Strauss revealed that Love wanted to snort her husband Kurt Cobain's ashes, which she kept in a dresser drawer, with him. Just like Keith Richards and his pa! Strauss told them, “She was serious when she made the suggestion. She actually said she would offer his ashes to me first to snort and then said she would like them. But the idea was nixed as I don’t do coke.” It's just like that old Nirvana cover, "Where did you snort my ashes last night?"

The recollection is part of Strauss' new book, "Everybody Loves You When You Are Dead." It's unclear when the incident took place exactly, but maybe Courtney was inspired by Zach Galifianakis' heartbreaking role in Due Date, whose premiere she attended last year:
