A Chicago cop is claiming that table-flipping Real Housewife of New Jersey Theresa Giudice (who was last seen $11 million in debt) and her family attacked his family at Punta Cana Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (of course).
Adolfo Arreola claims both families were at the resort's bar when Teresa sprayed champagne on his mother-in-law and laughed. It's a little unclear what happened next: Arreola claims he asked her to stop, but other reports claim he punched her in the face instead. Either way, a booze-fueled brawl broke out between Arreola, his cousin Jason Gomez, and the New Jersey contingent, which included Theresa's husband Joe and Albert and Christopher Manzo, sons of fellow Housewife Caroline Manzo. Arreola suffered a broken arm, blurred vision and cuts and bruises, and Gomez a broken leg and a torn MCL, after the stars "savagely beat, kicked, punched, scratched, jumped" on him and smashed glass on his head.
The fight may have been captured on camera by Bravo, which is also named in the suit, but the network has declined to air the footage. Last month, a RHONJ episode in which Joe Giudice and his brother-in-law scuffled at a Christening party, drew record numbers for the network. And Theresa "shockingly" told inTouch last month that RHONJ is "Destroying My Family!"
