Filene's has made a tradition of brides scrambling for wedding gown steals with "The Running of the Brides," and today, there was one at the Union Square location. Racked was there and dazed reporter . Fawnia Soo Hoo wrote, "I thought I'd seen it all at sample sales, but there are girls in bras and undies everywhere and these pervy news guys are loving it.
