On March 3rd, Lindsay Lohan will be hosting Saturday Night Live for the fourth time, which is three too many times for Lindsay Lohan to host Saturday Night Live (we will reserve one time for Parent Trap-era Lohan, who showed so much promise). Someone made this above bar graph, which got us to thinking: who should host the legendary show? We happen to agree that Aziz Ansari belongs on the stage, and he's #1 on our list, the rest of our picks follow in no particular order.
AZIZ ANSARI: He deserves it. Even while attending late night parties in 2005, this guy was hard at work (we have the photographic evidence), and it's paid off... but we want to see him under those Studio 8H lights.
LOUIS CK: Because we've never seen him in a sketch environment, and it would be fascinating to see what one of the funniest men alive could do up there. Our only concern is that he's so funny he'd make the rest of SNL seem like an episode of This Old House by comparison.
TIM & ERIC: This would be like SNL on acid splashing around in a bathtub with a razor-sharp hunting knife.
JEREMY LIN: Saturday Night Linve?
RYAN GOSLING: Duh girl.
MAGGIE SMITH: She could get Helen Mirren and Judi Dench to drop by and they could do a British Golden Girls remake.
LAUREN GRAHAM: We miss Gilmore Girls.
We would also welcome: Lena Dunham, Aubrey Plaza, Kristen Chenowith (for these 14 people), Martha Plimpton, and Julie Klausner/Tom Scharpling/Ted Leo as a superhost trio. Who do you think deserves to host over next Saturday's chosen trainwreck?
