Yesterday's overcast weather couldn't compete with Saturday's desperately-needed dose of sunshine and ecstasy, but dreary gray skies didn't dampen the mood on Fifth Avenue, where the annual Easter Parade unfolded with its usual flair. Every year eight heavenly blocks by St. Patrick's Cathedral are closed to motorists and filled with thousands of pedestrians, many of them wearing elaborate bonnets and theatrical costumes. Here are some of the most eccentric and extravagant.
